By understanding organization as communica(c)tion, this essay discusses how organizations are established by a recursive process of meaning production and negotiation. Narratives thus hold a privileged place in organizational practices, framing what we call narrativity. Inspired by Paul Ricoeur’s work, this essay presents reflections that open new possibilities for research in communication and organizational studies.
