Abstract

This study aims to reposition the concept of organizations by considering them as social constructions resulting from communicative manifestations and processes. Thus, it seeks to overcome the dominant paradigms of organizational communication to centralize its role in maintaining and sustaining organizations. A literature review based on the perspective of the constitutive communication of organizations was used as the methodology. This theoretical discussion can shift from traditional conceptions to approaches that show the relevance of various interactive dynamics to organizational reality.
