Abstract

This text focuses on the relationship between the actions about environmental protection proposed by the State in three different situations - Fernão Dias Road, Sol Road and Billings Dam. Three main questions are commented: -th e legislative framework and the State official position in relation with the emergent environmental problems; - the practice of the landscape planning in the face of legal restrictions and the lack of design references; - the relationship between the landscape changes and the actual environmental ideology
