Predictores del Compromiso Laboral: Liderazgo, Elaboración del Trabajo y Restauración

Resumen

El modelo JD-R abarca las demandas y los recursos que el trabajo ofrece al empleado. Este estudio se centra en las demandas y recursos del trabajo en el contexto de cambio organizacional, en vista del compromiso laboral de los empleados en este contexto de cambio. Su objetivo es probar un modelo para verificar si el comportamiento del líder, la restauración y la elaboración del trabajo predicen el compromiso, además de verificar la mediación de la restauración. Participaron 251 empleados. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el Inventario de Comportamiento del Líder de Cambio, la elaboración del trabajo, la Escala de Experiencias de Restauración, Compromiso - UWES. Se realizaron análisis descriptivos de los datos y modelación de ecuaciones estructurales. Los resultados demuestran que existe una predicción entre el comportamiento del líder y la elaboración del trabajo para el compromiso laboral y que la restauración medió la relación entre el comportamiento del líder y el compromiso. Así, la investigación presenta contribuciones a las temáticas involucradas, principalmente al contexto del cambio organizacional.
