The present article illustrates how the use of a color notation system, particularly the Natural Color System (NCS), can help specify a color in an architectural design. It can specify it in regard to the definition of colors to be adopted, as well as in the specification for implementation. This is conducted to ensure that the colors defined in design are applied in construction and maintenance.Downloads
