    Abstract

    In this work is discussed the formation of Huando Farm in Hural, Peru; the struggle of the peasant syndicate for the making of an agrarian reform in the first years of the 1970’s and the there founded cooperative’s hardship. It is also evaluated the land division process and its reconcentration, which at this point runs rapidly.
