Abstract

The Hospital Dante Pazzanese offers a multidisciplinary psychoeducational program which consists of classes organized by health experts from different areas. This article discusses the strategies to enhance the sense of control of the psychological and psychosocial factors and emphasizes the importance of psychological interventions. The study explores the role of emotions, stress and general risk factors and the difficulties found by people and how to discover ways to promote personal changes for health care.
