Based on a conception of environment offered by the geographers Milton Santos and Aziz Ab'Saber, this article proposes, so that we can achieve a true Environmental Policy, that is, the intentional construction of the future, a new scientific transdisciplinary paradigm - prospective Environmental Science. This paradigm should be able to relate, in their projects of knowledge and intervention, science, philosophy, history, and politics, establishing, as the object of study of Environmental Psychology, relations between human subjectivity and environmental conscience, in history and geography.Downloads
