Abstract

The literature suggests that Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) mediates the relationship between an innovative culture and performance. However, despite several theoretical models predicting this relationship, its empirical validation is yet to be tested. That is the main goal of de present study. Relying on a correlational design with 268 participants of a large banking company and using Structural Equation Modeling analysis, it was confirmed the existence of a significant mediation model. This provides important implications for the promotion of Intrapreneurship in organizational contexts and highlights the imperative of considering a new management paradigm centered on corporate entrepreneurship.
