Abstract

The university autonomy theme demand understanding about the late formation of university institution in Brazil, it’s a key element to insufficient rooting of the society and, therefore, the low comprehension of this purpose to national development. The hypothesis that has worked is this the explicative key of your vulnerability, especially, in reference to the democratic issue. Towards this relation n to be better understood, this article makes a little historic recomposition about the university in Brazil. It aims defiance to the effectiveness of university autonomy. It analyses the approach have done by STF about of use of the Triple List Law and your engine to democracy retrenchment. Ultimately, it understands that along with your trajectory in Brazil until the current day, the university autonomy is a lot questioned, particularly, in political hard moments.
