Abstract

Adopting as structural axis the contemporary political philosophy and political disputes for memory, truth and justice about the recent Brazilian dictatorship, we propose to think the actions of the currentdemocracy amid the authoritarian legacy and the present processes of subjectivity. We began discoursingabout transitional justice concept. Throughout our argumentation, without disregarding the resistantactions to set and the ways of acting of the community, but yet focusing on the state apparatus, weintend to demonstrate that their legal and institutional representation systems are part of governmentalmobile technology power over the contemporary ideas. Those ideas have been modeled, at least in part,by the subjectivity of multiple social human identities, their ways of being and acting. We think theBrazilian Commissions of the Truth as significant that, while not releasing us from the shackles ofrepresentation, reverberate in current subjective processes, bringing the possibility to alter the currentdomination mechanisms, among which is located the representative democracy.
