Resumen

A brief overview of literature on human resources accouting. It shows the problems involving this theory and some perspective about future application. In spite of being a controversial subject, this theory has strong conceptual basis that can be very useful to management decision making process. Althouth many of the models studied in such theory are not carried out in this paper, they may be found on the literature specified.
