Resumo

It seems a very important issue the answer to the question of what should be done when we are concerned about conducting motivated people at work? Psychologists search a lot and also wrote a lot about this subject. One of the key points is to look for some kind of solution to the problem of motivation at work seems to be a more accurate study of what we call "motivational acts" according to the styles of behavior. Theories such as the ones of Maslow, McGregor, Herzberg, studied in confrontation, one to each other help us in understanding "Why people act" These theories stress on important approaches that lead us to the conclusion that the real mean of goal cannot be so general and so unsteady. If people assume that each goal has a different meaning to each person, and that one can give different values to the same goal, we should be carefully about the individual differences among the personalities. The inclusion of this aspect, called individual style of behavior, seems not only more comprising, but also can shorten the way between the person and his or hers goals in spite of the environment variables that also count when dealing with this kind of subject.
