Abstract

This work presents the insertion of the practical sport in the enterprise environment aiming at the promotion of psychic, clinical and social well-being of the employee. The enterprise environment is characterized by strategically actions and high productivity. These aspects do not have to be evidenced in activities of leisure, therefore the ideal is that at these moments individuals can become related of disentailed form of the extreme competition and the proper tensions of the work environment. The sport manifested under two forms: a) high-income and b) leisure activity and these are analyzed in accordance with its transmitted characteristics and values. The sport of high-income and the professional environment present similarities in relation to the forms of existing communication and personal interrelation, when evidencing the comparison of results and the segregation. The sport as activity of leisure, if treated as a signification process, can assist in the interpersonal integration and the promotion of well-being, independent of the level of ability and knowledge of the practical subject. Therefore, it fits to the responsible professional for the activity, to adapt it in form to add the biggest number of practitioners and to provide a participation accomplish and pleasant.
