Abstract

Technological innovations of the Digital Age that affect the healthcare sector are of immense proportions: internet, large databases, automated learning, artificial intelligence, high connectivity, global digital social networks, large digital corporations, telehealth, among other various innovations. These new components of modern digital life are revolutionizing the industry with great intensity. A huge number of goods, products and services that make use of these databases and technologies are being introduced into healthcare systems around the world.
