Abstract

The access to the medicaments has been denied for several circunstances, including the monopolies of the multinational pharmaceutical companies in the South American and African countries. The one hand speech of the erudit medicine and the power of the patent titularity are others purposes to close the access to the medicaments. This right was recognized as a fundamental right by the Third American Cupula or Quebec/Canadian's Declaration. For instance, some actions from the Brazilian Government and South African NGO's initiatives have modified all the cenary of the medical treatments in the Aids case. Finally, will it be possible to reverse all this situation where the poor or south hemisphere countries are?
