Home visit plan: a model

Abstract

The authors propose a model of an operational and dynamic plan for home visit taking into account the wide-ranging way in which the subject should be taught. This paper also provides a detailed guide with the necessary information for the adequate use of such plan. The use of the plan does not exclude the relevance of previous knowledge about the home visit methodology and particularly of the way of relationship between nurse and family.
