The purposes of this study were a Taxonomy I of the Nursing Diagnosis by NANDA at the Model's Horta and to elaborate proposals of reformulation of the nursing process practice in a Burn Service. Those proposals were elaborated by analysing each component of the nursing process as proposed by Horta and employed in our burn service. The proposals presented in this study established a link between the differentes components of the nursing process, justifing the importance of the application of them.Downloads
