The purpose of this article is to present the Semitic languages taught in the University of São Paulo. Starting from a historical panorama, we will present the momentum in which the Semitic languages started in the USP. Afterwards we will present a concise introduction of what are Semitic languages and their respective classifications. Finally, we describe which languages and in which levels they are offered in the USP.Downloads
