Ankylosings pondylitis (AS) is an inflammatory spondy loarthropathy sero negative chronic, systemic, which most often has a positive HLA -B27 marker. EA presents with inflammatory, traumatic and degenerative changes, leading to reduced flexibility of the spine, complete loss of spinal mobility, destruction and ankylosis of the joints of the spine and sacroiliac column. The joint hypermobility syndrome is a disorder in which musculoskeletal pain occurs in a hypermobility substrategeneralized joint. The association between ankylosing spondylitis and joint hypermobility syndrome is rare. The association between ankylosing spondylitis and joint hypermobility syndrome rare. We report a case in which a patient has ankylosing spondylitis and joint hypermobility syndrome.
