Deadline for submissions is extended

For the next issue of Ingesta (volume 2, number 1), submit your paper for the following sections until March 30, 2020 (the deadline has been extended from March 16 to March 30):

- Dossier II International Symposium on Food Research: exclusive for authors who presented their researches during the symposium's communication sessions, held in December 2019 at the USP Department of History. It will be a dossier composed of articles resulting from researches presented at the event.

- General articles, reviews and interviews: in this section, we will publish articles not presented at the symposium, as long as they are related to historical studies of drugs and food, from the perspective not only of History, but also of other areas of Human Sciences.

ATTENTION: Any paper or review submitted to the journal must follow the publication guidelines. Papers will be evaluated by the journal's Scientific Committee. If in doubt, write to revistaingesta@gmail.com.
