Representações de Hera na Argólida e em Delos: entre mito, culto e paisagem

Résumé

Este texto discute a religião grega a partir de duas delimitações. A primeira, a questão da relação entre mito e culto na caracterização da religião grega – considerando os debates bibliográficos sobre as especificidades e interface entre esses domínios –, e, além disso, o elemento da paisagem sagrada entre formulações míticas e práticas cultuais. A segunda – considerando o debate sobre a religião grega entre mito, culto e paisagem – a observação de cultos e representações mitopoéticas de Hera em duas situações: na Argólida, especialmente em Argos, onde a deusa era a divindade tutelar; e em Delos, onde o culto de Hera foi menos importante, mas bastante antigo. A partir desses dois recortes, observaremos como a relação entre mito e culto pode ajudar a compreender determinados problemas paisagísticos (entre a perspectiva local e regional) e a necessidade de abordagens específicas, a depender do contexto estudado.
