Two groups of donor rabbits were injected intramuscularly with 150 IU of PMSG to cause superovulation and after 72 hours, the donors were mated and administered 100 IU of HCG intravenously or simply mated. Another two groups of receptor female rabbits were synchronized with 100 IU of HCG by intravenous injection or mated to vasectomized male. The transfer of apparently good embryos through the cervix or uterine punction has revealed, after 15 days, 10.06 +/- 4.9 and 8.83 +/- 0.98 ovulations and 40.0 and 66.6% of pregnancies for the receptor groups. Among the donors were observed 33.75 +/- 21.36 and 9.84 +/- 10.41 ovulations and embryo implantation rates of 88.39 and 60.94%. It was not observed any statistical difference between the ways of embryo transference.Downloads
