Abstract

The A. uses 30 sets including kidneys, vessels, ureteres, tracts corresponding to the aorta artery and caudal cava vein and adajacent section of the vertebral column, that were taken from adult Merino sheeps, in the matter to study the number and position of the branches of the renal artery and the roots of the renal vein, at the hilus. Statistically speaking, there is a positive correlation among the number of hilar arterial branches and hilar venous roots, in the same organ, as well as among the full number of hilar blood vessels in both kidneys.
