The results of this investigation showed that the Wirsung duct proceeds from the union of the collectors of the right and left lobes and receives, as well as their roots, varied number of affluents. The collector of the right lobe also strains (13.3%) the posterior portion of the left lobe. The Santorini duct opens, by its central extremity, directly in the Wirsung duct (56.7%), in the duct of the left lobe (20.0%), in the duct of the right lobe (6.7%) or in main affluents of the Wirsung duct (6.7%),of the duct of the right lobe (6.7%) and of the duct of the left lobe (3.3%).The AA. indicated also the presence of the anastomosis communicating some times (13.3%) the collectors of the right and left lobes.
