Twenty percent suspensions of mouse brain infected with strain C.V.S. of rabies virus were mixed with equal volumes of common diluent (distillated water with 2 percent of horse serum), Bedson solution and glycerin and stored at —15°C. Results obtained by mouse inoculation carried out at 2, 60, 120, 150 and 180 days, showed a greater stability of the suspension stored in glycerin.Downloads
