It was studied by histological methods the topographic and the microscopic morphology of the sinus node in the mules. This structure is located at the superior third of the “sulcus terminalis”, dihedran caval-atrial angle the left side of the junction of the cranial caval vein with the right atrium. The morphological characteristics of the specialized cells of the node, as well as the different types of fibers that compose the vascular connective stroma arestressed. Glycogen is abundant in the cytoplasm of the specialized cells of the node.Downloads
