This paper aims to expose the main aspect's of UDR's (Ruralist Democratic Union) political action and, particularly, of its classist representation and corporativism. It also shows that UDR and Caiado express clearly the mechanisms of the domination exerted by the class of the big land owners. The conservadorism of the agrarian dominant class and the retrograde autoritarism in Brazilian politics are also discussed.Downloads
