Teaching therapeutic touch: a report of an experience

The present study shows the experience of learning Therapeutic Touch (concepts and technique) lived by nurses and nursing students in Brazil. The students' perception was registered when they were learning the process. The chief promoter is the nurse Dolores Krieger who has taught this technique at New York University for nurses as part of their master or doctoral programs.
