Abstract

The approach is in Turism and Hotel Business, focusing the higher education in these areas in several countries in Europe, North America and Latin America. The tendency for the higher education internacionalization and the necessity of a permanent information interchange among the Educational Centers. Defines the Brazilian position, in terms of Turism and Hotel Business teaching in this worldwide scenary.
