Through the conception of a "closely followed" therapy based on "personal attention during an action"; the author is trying to analise two different approaches of the "closely followed therapy". A) Searching to place the action in the inherent subjectivity. B) Trying to put into context under which the "closely following" therapy comes to pass. Making use of the conceptions exposed by Jacques Lacan concerning "paranoiac Knowledge", the author proposes to devide into four parts the narration of the book written by João Guimarães Rosa, namely "Grande Sertão : Veredas". These four parts are to be understood as "turning points of the symbolic formation" of the character Riobaldo, in which it would be necessary to search for other different approaches in therapy.
