The monographs of Occupational Therapy student's of Universidade de São Paulo between 1985-1992

This research aims to discuss the teaching of methodological issues, and to indicate the most relevant topies developed by the undergraduation students of the 7th and 8th semester of the course of Occupational Therapy da Universidade de São Paulo. We aim, also, to contribute to the improvement of the academic teaching, and to the sponsor activity. The forms of data collection were the classification of 112 monographs according to year, author, title, sponsor and research strategies. The period considered for the study was that between 1985-1992. We could observe that among the most studied topies were related to therapeutic resources (24.5%), mental health and psychiatry (17%), Occupational Therapy with specific diseases (13.8%) and the basis of Occupational Therapy (11,7%). The forms of data collection of the monographs had focused specially the theoretical development of a subject (44,2%), structured interviews (12,7%), questionnaire (9,3%) and participam observation (4,6%).
