Abstract

This paper focuses the movement of meaning from drama, as an experience, to performance as its translation to a public intervention. As such, playing with text, voice and sense are the basis for the interactions among the participants and the following intertextuality in drama and performance. The movement of meaning is considered through Derrida’s ‘acts of translation’ and intertextuality through Bakhtin’s dialogism.
