Abstract

This article aims to analyze relations between Brazil and Angola during the first Workers' Party governments in Brazil. It deals with the strengthening of relationships within and beyond this period, paying attention to the horizon of expectations and the projects supported, seeking to reveal the level of deepening of these and the developments of both for the two countries, with emphasis on understanding the role of Brazil and as characteristics of such a partnership.
