The complexity of the social problems brings the necessity to integrate the diverse social and organizational actors in the management of the social policies, privileging the intersectorial action. The intersectoriality, while it integrates knowledge and experiences of the sectorial policies, constitutes a factor of innovation in the management of the politics and also makes possible the articulation of the diverse organizations that act in the scope of the social policies, constituting social networks. The intersectoriality and the network, in order to give efficiency and effectiveness to the management of these policies, demand in such a way significant changes in the logic of the management of the state public organizations as well as in the non-profit organizations integrating them to take care of the collective interests.Downloads
