An interview made with Mauricio Lissovsky about his trajectory, still in his youth, in the cinephile movement in the 1970s; he speaks on the practice and production of video supported by the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Rio de Janeiro in the 1980s; he analyses the political role of video and NGOs alongside popular and social movements in the context of the end of the Brazilian dictatorship and eventually he considers the strategic position of video in political action for the media dispute.
