Literature and Cinema, Fabián Casas, Jim Jarmusch, transmedialityAbstract
The aim of this article is to construct a dialogue between the film Permanent Vacation (1980), Jim Jarmusch´s opera prima and the first novel by Fabián Casas, Ocio (2000). Therefore we propose the cateogory of transmediality as a way to elaborate an intermedial and transgeneric dialogue in order to analyze the poetic and the main characters between both arts.
