This text discusses some aspects of the contemporary crisis of the subject of rights and the way Brazilian television changes it into grotesque shows as well as the transformation of the emotional environment in squares and popular fairs into media shows. It also discusses how broadcast TV produces a particular serniosis out of material and psychological problems pertaining to urban lower classes.Downloads
