This article is a reading of one of the main documents of Brazil Catholic Church, published in 1915. The study aims to recover the woman image created by the catholic hierarchy. It also intends to grasp some specificity from the institutional discourse, specially from the religious one. Finally it objectives to show that the search for a unique discursive language was a sine qua non condition to assure the power of the enunciators as well as of the institution.Downloads
