Kit de ferramentas “Direito é Qualidade” na avaliação de serviços de saúde mental: uma revisão de escopo

Objetivo: mapear como são conduzidas as pesquisas que utilizam o kit de ferramentas “QualityRights” para avaliar serviços de saúde mental. Metodologia: revisão de escopo orientada pelo Joanna Briggs Institute, seguindo o checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis Extension for Scoping Reviews. Após buscas realizadas em 22 bases de dados, foram selecionados 27 resultados, organizados a partir da estrutura dos estudos para apresentar a forma de utilização do kit de ferramentas para avaliação de serviços de saúde proposto pela Organização Mundial da Saúde. Resultados: os resultados da busca expressam a perspectiva multicêntrica do instrumento, e a produção encontra-se em 45 países dos continentes África, América Latina, Ásia e Europa. São estudos, na maioria, de abrangência local, que utilizam os cinco temas e as três ferramentas propostas, predominantemente realizados em instituições asilares. As recomendações são sistematizadas em diálogo com a Convenção dos Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência. Conclusão: para que se obtenha análises robustas, aponta-se a necessidade de caracterizar o perfil sociodemográfico da população de referência a fim de analisar interseccionalmente as desigualdades, discriminações, violências e violações múltiplas e interdependentes vivenciadas pela população com problemas de saúde mental e decorrentes do uso de drogas.
