A saúde mental dos trabalhadores da saúde no contexto hospitalar e UTI durante a pandemia da COVID-19: revisão de escopo

Resumo

Objetivo: mapear na literatura as alterações apresentadas na saúde mental dos trabalhadores da saúde. Metodologia: revisão de escopo seguindo o Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewers Manual for Scoping Reviews. A amostra do estudo incluiu equipes de Enfermagem, médica e fisioterapia que prestam assistência direta às pessoas com COVID-19 em contextos hospitalares e de Unidades
de Terapia Intensiva. Foram incluídos estudos que continham ao menos um descritor ou sinônimo relacionado à saúde mental e outros relacionados à COVID-19, no título ou no resumo. As fontes informacionais pesquisadas foram CINAHL, Embase, MEDLINE/PubMed, PsycInfo, BVS, Scopus e literatura cinzenta da Organização Mundial da Saúde. Os textos foram encaminhados para o Rayyan para auxiliar os pesquisadores na triagem dos artigos. Resultados: foram selecionados 72 estudos, com temas em ansiedade,
burnout, depressão e estresse traumático, com predominância de estudos asiáticos. Os principais achados indicaram que ser mulher enfermeira entre 30 e 50 anos está associado a problemas de saúde mental, enquanto fisioterapeutas com filhos têm maior risco de depressão e burnout. Médicos em hospitais-escola apresentam alto grau de ansiedade. Conclusão: o estudo concluiu que ser mulher em qualquer grupo profissional está fortemente associado a problemas de saúde mental. Este estudo destaca a importância de estratégias de prevenção, políticas públicas de proteção à saúde do trabalhador, terapias em momentos de crise, melhorando as condições de trabalho para implementar intervenções eficazes.
