Vivências de enfermeiros da Atenção Primária acerca dos transtornos mentais

Objetivo: desvelar a vivência dos enfermeiros da Atenção
Primária acerca dos transtornos mentais. Metodologia:
pesquisa qualitativa, fundamentada na teoria das
representações sociais, realizada com enfermeiros da
Atenção Primária à Saúde, por meio de entrevistas.
Os dados foram processados no software Interface de R
Pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de
Questionnaires e analisados por meio da Classificação
Hierárquica Descendente. Resultados: os resultados
emergiram em três classes. A primeira tece informações
sobre os transtornos mentais mais prevalentes na população
assistida pelos enfermeiros e suas particularidades;
a segunda caracteriza as barreiras e facilitadores para
um atendimento qualificado a pessoas com transtornos e
sofrimento mental e a terceira traz as dúvidas que permeiam
a condução dos casos de saúde mental pelos enfermeiros.
Conclusão: a vivência dos enfermeiros da Atenção
Primária abrange transtornos mentais, como a depressão
e a ansiedade, a presença de dificuldades e facilitadores,
bem como as dúvidas que permeiam a assistência.
