Drogas e Pornografia: análise comparativa entre consumo compulsivo e transtorno por uso de substâncias

Objetivo: o presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar os
sintomas e efeitos do consumo compulsivo de pornografia
por meio de uma revisão sistemática, comparando-os com
outros vícios, especialmente com os transtornos por uso
abusivo de álcool e outras substâncias. Metodologia: em
termos de procedimento metodológico, foi realizada uma
revisão sistemática a partir de dois portais de saúde. Os
critérios de inclusão foram: indivíduos usuários de álcool
ou outras drogas e indivíduos com consumo compulsivo de
pornografia, no idioma português ou inglês. Resultados:
foram identificados 632 artigos e, após a aplicação
dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, 14 artigos foram
selecionados para análise. Os dados foram processados por
um software de análises textuais, que classificou os artigos
em nove grupos distintos com base na similaridade lexical.
Conclusão: os resultados evidenciaram uma predominância
de estudos sobre a personalidade e o comportamento de
indivíduos com dependência, com foco no diagnóstico,
nos efeitos comportamentais e nos impactos cerebrais do
consumo compulsivo de pornografia.
