Sobre estratégias identitárias

Résumé

This paper intends to evaluate the Brazilian contemporaneous novels in the national and international context. However, to comprehend the efforts of these novels looking for an identity it is highly necessary to take into account the rise of the biography. At the moment, the precise meaning of the identity question presupposed in the novels points out the preoccupation intertwined with the concept of identity which may be considered different in the past centuries. It has been strongly recommended to not use the term of upost-coloniar when the conception is applied to the literature of those nations which have been considered independent for almost two centuries
