Uncleanness: sexuality and public health on the judaism of persian period

This article tries to find the foundations to relatives’ laws about leprosy and other prohibition about mixed marriages and more sizes of miscegenation. Leviticus’ laws worked as public health regulations, and the priests in Yehudah on post-exile were a size of “sanitary security agents” on Ancient Israel. Talks about changes of dimension that exile assumes according with the advances of archaeological researches, examine the differences of life style between golah and autochthones, shows us since then the miscegenation become a big problem to Israel and establishes the scenery that made appear the prohibitive laws about mixed marriages and leprosy beyond certain sizes of sexual acts. On the conclusion, establishes the bridge that transformed public health prescriptions in divine laws, evidencing how, until now, these prescriptions orient the behavior of so many Israel descendents.
