Abstract

This paper presents some notes in the format of a letter of a sabbatical períod (2009-2010), with a scholarship of CNPq, at the City University of New York – CUNY with David Harvey. Mixing personal experiences and theoretical thoughts analysis David Harvey's works and possible derivations for the contemporany geographical thought.
