Instrumentos de avaliação do estilo de vida: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

O estilo de vida desempenha um papel primordial na saúde ao longo da vida. Comportamentos como uso do tabaco e álcool, alimentação, atividade física, sono, estresse e relacionamentos são importantes moderadores de saúde, principalmente relacionados às doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNTs). Objetivo: Identificar quais instrumentos vêm sendo utilizados nos últimos cinco anos para avaliar o estilo de vida em adultos saudáveis ou com DCNTs. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática conduzida no método dos Principais Itens para Análises Sistemáticas e Meta-análises (PRISMA). A busca ocorreu em quatro bases de dados, utilizando os descritores “estilo de vida” “questionário” “avaliação” e seus termos equivalentes na língua inglesa. Critérios de inclusão: estudos que avaliaram o estilo de vida com metodologia descrita, em população 18 anos, saudável ou com DCNTs, publicados em periódicos nacionais ou internacionais, no período de 2015 a 2020. Resultados: A busca inicial resultou em 690 publicações. Após exclusão por duplicata e inclusão/exclusão foram selecionados 35 artigos. A maioria das pesquisas utilizou instrumentos autoconstrutivos. Identificou-se 4 questionários validados para avaliação do estilo de vida: Fantástico, Perfil do Estilo de Vida Individual, Health Habits e General Lifestyle Questionnaire. Não houve padrão na avaliação dos comportamentos de estilo de vida e suas variáveis. Conclusão: Nos últimos cinco anos, os questionários Fantástico, Perfil do Estilo de Vida Individual, Health Habits e General Lifestyle Questionnaire foram utilizados. No entanto, o predomínio de instrumentos autoconstrutivos e a falta de padronização evidenciam a necessidade de ferramentas validadas para aprimorar a avaliação do estilo de vida.
