A epicondilite é uma das doenças mais prevalentes do braço. A incidência de epicondilite lateral (EL) é relatada em 3 a 11/1.000 pacientes por ano, enquanto a prevalência varia entre 1% e 3% na população geral e pode chegar até 23% entre os trabalhadores manuais.
