Annelids polychaets from the infralittoral zone of two bays in Ubatuba: I. abiotic characteristics of the bays

Abstract

A programme was worked out to determine the composition of the population of polychaete annelids from shallow infralittoral and to evaluate the relationships of the population with environmental conditions. This paper describes the methods used and the seasonal fluctuations of the main physical and chemical parameters.
