This article reports the genetic divergence of PCV2 after passages in VERO and SK-RST cell lines. Fisher's exact test indicated a trend for positive selection on the cap gene. These results allow insights on the development of PCV2 vaccines and the evolution of the genus Circovirus.Downloads
